A lovely sunny morning brought a large number out to work today. We started off again this morning by taking several more wheelbarrow loads of chippings into the school for them, then we continued chipping Moore's lane. We also continued tidying up the edging along the main path. The ladies were replacing old guards with new mesh guards in the B&B area. Also, there was digging up of Alexanders and pruning being done.
With coffee today we had hot sausage rolls and a lovely selection of cakes from Roy for his birthday.
David mentioned how well the litter pick had gone on Saturday, reminded us of CIRCA64's gig on May 14th at Blundeston and once again told us of the coach details for the Windsor holiday.
David the proposed a toast to the Queen, "God save the Queen", and we raised our mugs !
