A cold but bright morning today. We had another good turnout and again the majority were chipping paths as we still have rather a lot of chippings to shift. John removed some more mud from the main path, a couple of guys went to Foxburrow to start bramble pulling, more work was done on the bee area and some of the women planted an Evening Primrose plant that Janet had grown from seed, the new trees along the main path were checked to see how they were doing.
Next week we will be working in Foxburrow Wood, bramble pulling.
With coffee today we had lovely hot cheese and onion rolls and a selection of cakes provided by Mo for her birthday in late Jan. We also had lovely chocolate crispies provided by Ollie because his family had been making them and he thought of us - well done Oliie! Not to show favouritism, I had one of everything going - diet starts tomorrow :-)
