There was not a large number out today even though the weather was fine, if a bit windy.
There was a lot of work that was completed and crossed off the to-do-list. The ladies cleared the path from Gunton Church Lane to Murillo Drive, as was requested by someone who uses this route to take children to school. The posts for the circular walk were replaced by Ivor and David. The path edging that was put in place last week was dug in to place. Colin T and a small party went to Moore's Lane to remove roots and fill in holes left from last week's work clearing storm damage. Colin G worked at the pond on the fence which is now finished, he also cleared the pathways around the pond for the expected pond dipping next week.
David did the listen up and thanked Brian and Kathy for the cakes which were well received. David explained that work was required on the boardwalks in Foxborrow Wood and with a small group he would hope to do this next week. This group would meet at Foxborrow and return for coffee. He has asked Waveney Norse if they would spray the most effected areas of Himalayan Balsam. There would also be a group working in Gunton Wood next week.
