A bright, sunny and chilly morning today and plenty workers out to enjoy it. Several jobs got done today :- chipping paths, a memorial bench was installed in memory of Brian Channing, the large sycamore that snapped in half in the storm was cut up with chainsaws, the overhanging branches at the back of 69 Stubbs Wood were removed, and the ladies finally finished clearing the Church wood ditch - a great job that feels like it has been going since Summer, I'm sure the ladies will be pleased not to have to face that again for a while!
With coffee today we had a lovely selection of cakes provided by Wally for no reason at all, nice one Wally, they were as pretty as a picture !!
David announced that the work on the main path should start early in the New Year.
